This book tries to explain the motivational theories related to tourism. Several theories have been provided in last 5 decades regarding to motivation in tourism. To do so, this book is divided to 3 chapters. The first chapter is generally explaining about tourism and different kinds of it. The second chapter express tourism motivational theories and the last chapter provides information about the previous research in this field and a list of tens of related studies.

Jamal Kheiri has got an MA degree in Tourism Management and Marketing in the department of Business Management at the University of Tehran in Tehran, Iran. He holds a BA in Tourism Management as well. He has published several papers in international journals in different fields such as consumer behavior¿, tourism marketing and sustainable tourism.
