Autorenporträt
Alexander Aleksandrovich Bykov was born on December 23, 1957 in Novokuznetsk, Siberia, in the family of a mining engineer. He grew up in the suburbs, in Abramtsevo and graduated from the Moscow Forest Technical Institute and postgraduate study at VNIILM. He has a Doctorate in Biological Sciences. Alexandre has over 40 years of experience working in the forest services of Russia and Canada. His work and leisure time is spent travelling and surrounded by nature.
