Passenger information is a very important part of collective transport. It makes it easier to use public transport and also increases its attractiveness and quality. Thanks to that people are more encouraged to travel with it.The purpose of the work was to present travel planners - mobile and internet applications as a source of passenger information in public transport. The analysis of the results of the marketing research presents characteristic and evaluation of travel planners in terms of their suitability for passengers who use public transport in Krakow. As a result, the extent of using internet information and application was shown, such as information which were the most important, the most valuable and helpful.
