This book report presents the findings of a study assessing travel time reliability along the Dar es Salaam BRT corridor. It aimed to assess the travel time reliability based on 90 DART passengers' standpoint, and consult DART operators and others on proper scheduling of vehicles operations, customer care and customer service delivery as well as structural improvement in future. It used documentary review to gather secondary information related to BRT systems and DART operations, survey questionnaire to collect primary data. The findings from the analysis of the primary data show that, travel demand is low during Saturday and Sunday, and it is high during Monday and Friday. The average travel time for each surveyed route as perceived by the DART passengers involved in this study ranges from lower travel time to higher travel time.
