Siv Gøril Brandtzæg, PhD (2012), Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), is a postdoctoral scholar in the research project 'Enlightenment News' in Trondheim. She has published on eighteenth-century British and Scandinavian literature and media. Paul Goring, PhD (1997), University of Wales, is Professor of British Literature and Culture at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. He has published widely on eighteenth-century literature and theatre and is the editor of several essay collections and novels. Christine Watson, PhD (2012), Uppsala University, is a scholar of Slavic studies, especially Russian manuscripts. She has published several articles on early modern news translations in a Slavic context.
