Autorenporträt
Melissa Morrissey has been an educator for more than twenty years, working primarily with special-needs students. She holds degrees from Eastern Illinois University, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and University of Illinois Springfield. Her other books are Shawna's Sparkle and Einstein the Science Dog: Lost and Found. She is currently Director of Special Education at Hope Institute in Springfield, Illinois. She and her husband Ted have five adult children, a grandchild, and two rescue dogs.
