The Maryknoll Sisters were founded in 1912 by Mother Mary Joseph Rogers. They live out their vocations in various forms of ministry, including medicine, communications, education, and spiritual formation. Their mission is to transcend human boundaries in order to proclaim the Good News of our Lord s Reign to everyone. The Maryknoll Sisters are comprised from twenty-nine lands and twenty-six countries across the globe, and also edited the Treasure Box children s book series in the 1950s.
