Management guru Edward Lawler shows how organizations can treat people better by doing more than ensuring workers have good working conditions, fair supervision, good pay and benefits. He reveals how to create a special relationship between individuals and the organizations they work for; a relationship in which good performance, at all levels of the organization, pays off for both the individual and the organization.
