This is the principal work of the founder of the Elus Coens. Written by Pasqually cir. 1772 for private dissemination among his "emulators," this work was only published in full over 125 years after his death. This peculiar biblical exegesis has both fascinated and frustrated students and researchers for years, because of Pasqually's often poor mastery of the French language (which seems not to have been his native tongue) and his unique jargon. It is strongly recommended that the student of this work procure also the work of Le Forestier, as it is of invaluable aid in the deciphering of Pasqually's doctrine.
