Rajasekar arbeitet seit 2018 als Assistenzprofessor (Forschung) im Zentrum für molekulare und nanomedizinische Wissenschaften, Internationales Forschungszentrum, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University), Chennai, Tamilnadu. Er wurde mit NPDF, DSKPDF, Nehru PDF und Young Scientist ausgezeichnet.
