Ankit Srivastava is a well-known academician in the field of Forensic Sciences. Currently he is serving as Associate Professor at The W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, India. He also holds the post of Director, Centre for Studies & Research in Forensic Sciences, WBNUJS, Kolkata, India. He has more than 15 years teaching and research experience in the field of forensic sciences. During his 15 years of journey, he authored more than 80 research articles in different journals of national and international repute and 02 books published. He has been visited and invited by various countries namely, Singapore, Thailand, China, U.S., U.K., Netherland, New Zealand and Czech Republic for lectures and presentations. More than 70 students have qualified the UGC- NET/JRF exam under his guidance. In addition to this, he is associated as Editorial Board Member in different journals of national and international fame. He is also providing his services as reviewer in various journals. He organized more than 08 National/International level conferences and seminars. He is also associated with internationally famous Rutgers University Camden, USA as an external supervisor. He is a member of the prestigious American Academy of Forensic Sciences, International Society of Forensic Genetics etc. Dr. Srivastava is associated with various reputed universities/institutions as a member of Advisory Board, Board of Studies and external subject expert. He is also appointed as subject expert for Forensic Science in different Public Service Commissions. He received various awards like Best Teacher Award and Forensic Excellence Award in his journey of academia.  Jose¿ A. Lorente is Professor of Forensic Medicine at the University of Granada, Spain. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of Granada, he received a Ph.D. Honors in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Granada. He has published over 140 peer-reviewed papers and several books and book chapters. He has a special focus on the use of DNA and its application to human rights; he also created and launched the DNA-PROKIDS Program in 2004. His areas of interest in forensics also deal with population variability and analysis of old and ancient DNA samples and databases expansion and control. He is also actively working in medical genomics and he is the scientific director of the Center for Genomics and Oncological Research (GENYO), where his team focuses on liquid biopsy and cancer interception. He is the founder and first president of the AICEF (Ibero- Latin American Network of Forensic Sciences) and an honorary member of the AFSN (Asian Forensic Sciences Network).  Adarsh Kumar, a Gold medallist, is currently Professor, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology and also In-charge Forensic Anthropology & Forensic Radiology, AIIMS, New Delhi. He is a lone member from India in International Academy of Legal Medicine, British Association in Forensic Medicine, The International Association of Forensic Toxicology and Canadian Society of Forensic Sciences besides being life member of many scientific associations from India and abroad. He was awarded an Honorary Diploma in Legal Medicine by the International Academy of Legal Medicine at Portugal in 2009. He is the first person in the world to receive a Commonwealth Fellowship in the UK twice in 2011 (Forensic & Legal Medicine) and 2015 (Forensic Anthropology). He is also a Fellow of Royal Society of Medicine, London, Indian Association of Medicolegal Experts (2014), International Science Congress Association (2015), Indian Society of Toxicology (2016) & Indian Academy of Forensic Medicine (2020). He is honorary medicolegal Expert to National Human Rights Commission and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) - topmost agency of criminal investigation in India since more than a decade where he has handled around one thousand complicated and high profile cases. Prof. Adarsh is Visiting Faculty to Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK, National Piragov University, Vinnitsya Ukraine, National Police Academy, Hyderabad, CBI Academy Ghaziabad, National Institute of Criminology & Forensic Sciences, New Delhi & Central Detective Training School, Chandigarh. He has more than 22 years of teaching experience and medicolegal field work. Has guided 20 PhD/postgraduate students and conducted around 5000 autopsies. He was honoured with Commendation Certificate for his exemplary work in the field of Forensic Investigations & Human Rights by the National Human Rights Commission in 2014. He was awarded the Education Award for Excellence by Indo-US Global Foundation in 2016. Honoured with the International Cooperation Medal by the Government of Ukraine in 2020. Nirmal Kanti Chakrabarti is Vice Chancellor of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS). He was awarded a research scholarship by Max Planck Institute of Foreign and International Criminal Law , Freiburg, Germany in 2017 and 2018. As a prolific writer Dr. Chakrabarti has so far authored seven (7) Books, He has also published more than 100 articles and research papers in various national and international journals. Dr. Chakrabarti has established himself as a researcher in the field of criminology and criminal justice in India. He has successfully guided twenty two PhD scholars, mainly in the field of criminal law and criminal justice. He has contributed to 5 sponsored research projects and 3 collaborative projects of the Ministry of Law & Justice, Ford Foundation, World Justice Project of ABA-USA, UNDP, UGC, ICSSR etc. In 2001 The Indian Society of Criminology conferred Fellowship to Dr. Chakrabarti for his contribution in the field of criminology. In 2017 Prof. Chakrabarti was awarded Prof. K. Chockalingam Award by Indian Society of Victimology for his contribution to victimology in India.
