Il Prof. Bhoumik Deshmukh è professore di apprendimento permanente e lavoro sociale all'Università S.P.Pune, India. Ha 32 anni di esperienza di insegnamento a livello post-laurea. Ha 4 libri e 28 articoli di ricerca pubblicati in riviste professionali. Ha presentato i suoi lavori di ricerca alle conferenze di Shanghai, Valencia, New York e Arusha.
