The RTE Act has been able to provide education for Out of School Children (OoSC) and migrant children, residential school children etc. Study concluded that the facilities provided by this act are implemented due to this the school-dropout rate of tribal girl students is decreased, school-retention rate of tribal girl students is increased and enrollment of tribal girl students is increased this is because of implementation of RTE Act, 2009 in four talukas Ambegaon, Junnar, Maval, Rajgurunager (Khed) Tehsil of Pune district.
