Autorenporträt
Vladislav Neverov was born in 1946, in the USSR, Oknitsa station. In 1969 he graduated from the Frunze polytechnic institute. In 1988 he defended his doctoral thesis at the Leningrad engineering ¿ construction institute. In 1989 awarded him as Professor. Now he works as a professor in Balakovo.
