Teaching is becoming increasingly difficult. No, there's a better way to put it. Our precious profession is unpredictable. Each year is more challenging than the last. Students are more unhinged under the influence of influencers who subscribe to selfishness and irresponsibility. Parents, whether affluent or under the influence, have yet to develop a real sense of cooperation with the humans who agreed to build a solid academic foundation for their children. Yet, these are only some of the worst obstacles teachers must navigate. These are things affecting the classroom from the outside. This book examines multiple elements causing teachers to lose their paradise. With laws and statutes in place in the hands of many admin's hands behind their backs, clever children are taking advantage of indulging in behavior that would usually get them arrested. Despite these odds, all hope is not lost. As you read the anecdotes and analysis in this book, you'll find the problems well stated, with solutions offered based on my observation and experience. This may not be the best education, but it's the one we currently have. We can improve it or evacuate the premises as quickly as possible. This career is not for the faint of heart. There is no shame if you leave. For those who stay, like many complex tasks, the spoils of war are great.
