Barbara Herszenhorn lives in Lichfield, Staffordshire. She has two grown-up children. She worked for many years in Education with children of all ages and was a Headteacher among many other roles. She now writes her Troublesome Tom series. She is interested in her home, family, friends and many creative ventures. She has a deep belief in the power of a story in the lives of children and their carers.
