Guy Bouthillier is an honorary professor of political science at the Université de Montréal with more than 30 years of experience. He is the author of various books, including À Armes Égales and L'Obsession Ethnique . Édouard Cloutier is an honorary professor of political science at the Université de Montréal with more than 35 years of experience. He is also a former coeditor of the Canadian Political Science Review. They both live in Montreal, Quebec.
