She has been married to her husband, Earl, for over 46 years, has 2 successful, married adult daughters and 4 adult grandchildren. Her experience ranges from being on staff at two large churches, ministering through conferences and teaching, developing curriculum, leadership development, secular corporate management, and operating her own ministry. Connie also carries a D.Th. with a focus on Christian Counseling and served as an adjunct Professor for Texas University of Theology for 20 years. She also actively serves in her community through voluntary service on multiple boards and committees.
