Julius Galdiano is currently working at Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology as a science researcher. He has earned his degree in Master of Disaster Management at International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and National Graduate Institute of Policy Studies in Japan. He also works on other disaster risk mitigation in his country.
