Laparoscopic surgery is a modern, surgical and endoscopic means indicated in the management of tubal infertility, both diagnostic and therapeutic. However, it was important to assess the effectiveness of this technique, particularly with regard to the return of postoperative fertility. This evaluation leads to convincing results.
