This book showcases some of Tulare's more well-known images from the 1880s up until today, capturing its development from railroad town to the modern era.

This representative collection of images of Tulare was put together by Sesar A. Carreño, local historian, teacher, and Tulare resident. He earned his bachelor of arts degree from Cal State Northridge and his master's degree in education from Grand Canyon University.
