Rustem Zhangozha, filósofo, culturólogo, crítico de arte, crítico literario. Miembro de la Unión de Escritores de Ucrania, miembro de PEN Internacional, académico de la Academia de las Artes de Kazajistán. Autor de 9 monografías, entre ellas "La innovación como tradición", "Kazajstán postsoviético", "Multiculturalismo: pro y contra", "El artista Tokbulat Toguzbayev". Vive en Kiev.
