Tuba Ünlü Bilgiç is associate professor of international relations at Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. Currently, she is a visiting scholar at Georgetown University, Washington, DC and is teaching in the History Department at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA. Bestami S. Bilgiç teaches at the Department of Religion and Culture at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.
