Autorenporträt
Tayyar Ar¿,¿professor of international relations, graduated from Middle East Technical University in 1984 and received his Ph.D. from Istanbul University in 1991. He has been at Bursa Uludag University since 1984. He became an associated professor in 1996 and a professor in 2002. Since then, he has been teaching at the same university. Mesut Hakk¿ Cä¿n, professor of international law at Yeditepe University, completed his doctorate education on "International Security Strategies and Disarmament" at Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1994. He is currently a member of the Turkish Presidential Security and Foreign Policy Board.
