Fatma Asl¿ Kelkitli is Assistant Professor in the department of Political Science and Public Administration at Istanbul Arel University. Her academic research interests encompass international relations theory, Turkish foreign policy, Turkish-Russian relations, Russian foreign policy as well as Middle Eastern affairs with special emphasis on Iran.
