Autorenporträt
Robert DeSales Johnston was born in 1924 in Cumberland, Maryland. He received his Baccalaureate degree from the University of Maryland and went on to obtain a Master's and Doctorate Degree from the University of Missouri. Dr. Johnston taught English and Literary Studies at Washburn University, Miami University, the University of West Florida and the University of Colorado. "Turn in the Road" was one of several novels discovered following his death in 2000.
