Charlene Fix is Emerita Professor, English, Columbus College of Art and Design. Fix received fellowships from the Ohio Arts Council and the Greater Columbus Arts Council, and has published poems in Poetry, Literary Imagination, Hotel Amerika, The Manhattan Review and others. Her most recent book is Taking a Walk in My Animal Hat. Earlier were Flowering Bruno, Harpo Marx as Trickster, and Frankenstein's Flowers. Fix received multiple awards from the Poetry Society of America. BS in English Education, Ohio State University, 1970; MA in English, Ohio State University, 1977.
