Pablo Neruda (July 12, 1904-september 23, 1973) was a poet and diplomat of Chile and one of the great poets of the 20th century. He started writing from childhood days but considered as a poet of National level at the age of 20 after the publication of his second book. The captain's verses was published in Italy in 1952 during exile, without mentioning the author's name. His name as the author of this book was incorporated after 11years when it was published in Chile in 1963. The Book of Questions was completed only one month before his death.
