I am like everyone else who lived during a time where everyone wanted to find themselves. There is not much to tell about me. I did take every self-help class and was still lost. I would stare in awe at those who "found" their way and wondered what was wrong with me. -Guess what? There is no special way. You just have to want it bad enough with the understanding that life and lessons go on for the rest of your life. I do not offer a magic pill. There is none. Every word that I write is with the intention of assisting someone to move forward and in that, I rejoice. My growth consists of the past 30 years: practicing/teaching guided Meditation and practicing Vipassana Meditation; becoming and ordain Minister with Universal Light Church and the Council of Light International. I presently hold certifications in: Hypno-therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Life Coaching/ Vision Boards, Timeline Therapy ¿., Regression Facilitator.
