Some claim that the phenomenon of "Twitter Revolution" travelled across Middle East to Central Asia, to Kyrgyzstan's capital Bishkek. This book is a quest on the role of social media in Kyrgyzstan's Tulip Revolution, as country oversaw a second turn-over in past decade and changed its president again. It opens more questions, than it answers, stimulating interest to so called oasis of democracy in the region that is now contemporary Kyrgyzstan.
