Tawanda Zinyama, MPA, lecturer in Public Administration in the Department of Political and Administrative Studies at the University of Zimbabwe. He is a PhD student at the University of Zimbabwe.He teaches Public Sector Accounting, Administrative Law and Public Sector Auditing.
