Matt Potratz is far more than a former world-renowned snowmobile athlete. He says his primary occupation is husband & father, but his days are full of much more than that. Matt is a well-respected motivational speaker, author, and mentor. He also handles all of the training and people development for Rogers Motors, a large auto dealership group in the Inland Northwest. Leading, developing, equipping, and encouraging all come with the territory of his professions. Although he's respected as a professional in all that he does, he's also labeled by many as real, humorous, and one of those guys you just want to be around. You can feel that personality in both his speaking and writing. Life Happened, and transformed Matt from athlete to author, from manager to motivator.
