Noël-Marie Fletcher is a journalist/photographer and author based in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Geneva Press Club (Switzerland), Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the British Empire, Descendants of the Founders of New Jersey, and the author of seven books including, "My Time in Another World: Experiences as a Foreign Correspondent in China" (2018).
