Gregory A. Garrett, PMP, CPCM, is an international educator, best-selling and award-winning author, and highly respected business consultant. Currently, he serves as Senior Principal, Acquisition Solutions, Inc. where he leads the consulting engagements for all U.S. Federal Government Civilian Agencies. Rene G. Rendon, PMP, CPCM, DBA, is on the faculty of the United States Naval Postgraduate School, where he teaches acquisition and contract management courses. Dr. Rendon served for more than 22 years as an acquisition and contracting officer in the U.S. Air Force.
