She is in charge of daily operations and personnel of the department. Dining Services includes Oglethorpe Dining Commons, Snelling Dining Commons, Bolton Dining Commons, and The Village Summit at Joe Frank Harris Commons. Each of these facilities are "all you care to eat facilites" that can be accessed by meal plan patrons or cash paying costumers.
