The authors show that in addition to the internal confrontation on the political development of Ukraine was greatly influenced by the geopolitical position of Ukraine, the rivalry between the United States and Russia in its influence on Ukrainian politics.

Desde 1991, é Doutor em Filosofia, em 1992 foi-lhe atribuído o título de Professor, em 1995 foi eleito Académico da Academia Ucraniana de Ciência Política e em 2008 foi eleito membro de pleno direito da Academia de Ciência Política da Rússia. Desde 1991 e até à data, tenho trabalhado como Chefe do Departamento de Filosofia e Ciências Sócio-Políticas na DGMA (Kramatorsk).
