Levski is the only club from Bulgaria's top division which has not been relegated since the inception of this tournament; it also has a positive balance against all teams in all national competitions. Internationally, Levski has reached three Cup Winners' Cup quarter-finals and two UEFA Cup quarter-finals. In 2006, it became the first Bulgarian club to make the group stage of the UEFA Champions League. Levski is one of only two Bulgarian members of the European Club Association.
