Ultra-thin Films of Ferroelectric Copolymers: P(VDF-TrFE) deal with the preparation of ultra-thin films of P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer for the application of the low cost organic non-volatile memories. Main emphases have been taken to use the photo electron and synchrotron based spectroscopy (namely XPS and NEXAFS) to insight the surface and interface properties and ferroelectric dipole orientation where the additional impact of the electrodes can be avoided. All of the topics in this book are at the cutting-edge of research in the field of organic ferroelectric and will be of great interest to the scientific community…mehr
