Mark E. Davis is a world-renowned radar engineer and Aerospace Electronic Systems Society Distinguished Lecturer in foliage penetration and ultra-wideband surveillance radar systems and technology. In his 50 year career, he held positions as a senior program manager at GE Aerospace, US Air Force Research Laboratory, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Since 2008 he has been a consultant to Industry and Government in advanced radar systems and technology.
