Norkulov Bakhodir Musulmanovich. En 2008 se graduó en el Instituto Estatal de Arquitectura y Construcción de Samarcanda en la especialidad de "Construcción de comunicaciones de ingeniería". En 2011 obtuvo un máster. Desde 2019 hasta la actualidad trabaja como profesor titular en el departamento de "Suministro de agua, alcantarillado y protección de los recursos hídricos" en Sam GASI.
