Autorenporträt
El Lama Jigme Rinpoche nació en Kham, al este del Tíbet, en 1949. Recibió su educación y formación budista junto a los principales maestros del linaje Kagyu. Durante su visita a Europa en 1977, el 16º Karmapa instituyó Dhagpo Kagyu Ling, en la Dordogne (Francia), sede de su actividad en Europa. Asimismo, designó a Jigme Rinpoche su representante oficial y director de Dhagpo. Desde entonces, Jigme Rinpoche ha continuado cumpliendo sus responsabilidades y viajando a numerosos países para impartir enseñanzas. Gracias a su experiencia directa de la sociedad occidental y a su estilo único y moderno, la milenaria enseñanza del Buda sigue siendo aún en el siglo XXI relevante y beneficiosa.
