Jose E. Chavez is an energy expert from South America whose 30
years in the energy arena have led him to work, consult and
speak internationally. He has a Master s Degree in Energy and
Earth Resources from the University of Texas at Austin. He was
born in Trujillo, Peru and currently lives in Austin, Texas with
his wife and two daughters.
