Autorenporträt
I have a degree in Deaf Communication Studies-Sign Language Interpreting. I am certified and licensed as a Sign Language Interpreter with the state of Missouri. I worked in K-12 educational for 10 years as a professional Sign Language Interpreter for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students and staff. I recently retired and decided to pursue my desire to become a published writer. I love all things nature. I live in the country with my husband, four dogs, two cats, and an array of turkeys, chickens, and guinea fowl. I also dabble in beekeeping and currently manage two beehive colonies. I have two adult children, both are married, and I have two grandchildren. I have a desire to write about the love of God through poetry, prayers, stories, and Biblical teaching. My grandfather (my Papa) was a preacher and at the age of eight, I decided to receive Jesus as my savior and was baptized in my Papa's church on that same day. I depend on Jesus through the good, bad, and everything in between. I invite you to get to know Jesus and desire to have a personal relationship with him. He is always faithful, and his love never fails.
