Jana Meador is the author of two drama fiction novels "Under The Magpie's Wings" and "The Edward Hewitt's Story" as well as the nonfiction "Seven Lucky Stars," which tells the story of a sled dog left to defend for himself only to find his second chance in life over two thousand miles away. Meador studied screenwriting at New York Film Academy. She adapted her novel "The Edward Hewitt's Story" into a screenplay.
