Alicia is a licensed psychotherapist and owner of N2 Minds Counseling and Consulting, LLC. Alicia has over twenty years of experience in counseling and advocating for marginalized, underserved, and victimized populations. Over the past ten years, Alicia has also served as youth director at her church. Alicia implemented the first Victim Services Unit within a law enforcement agency, while providing trauma resources to victims of crime for the past four years. In 2023, Alicia was the recipient of the Phenomenal Woman Award and the 2024 Civilian Supervisor of the Year for her commitment and passion for serving others. Alicia's niche as a trauma expert has afforded her the opportunity to appear on radio shows and speak at conferences around the country.
