The aim of this study was to establish if real estate education curricula in Zimbabwe is consistent and have reached consensus as far as the real estate body of knowledge is concerned. Document analysis and internet survey were the two main sources of data. Purposive sampling was used to select participants (real estate education institutions). The study established that six institutions are currently offering real estate in Zimbabwe and the curricula are diverse in nature. It was also discovered that even though Zimbabwean real estate curricula are diverse, a closer analysis revealed that courses which they cover compare very well. Furthermore it was also established that real estate education in Zimbabwe put more emphasis on engineering/survey related subjects. Real property programmes in Zimbabwe are also of comparable standard with similar RICS accredited curricula in Africa but there were notable variations on names of programmes and number courses covered as well as on course credits.
