Agreement Ndlovu studied English and Communication at the University of Zimbabwe where he graduated with an M.A. in Language for Specific Purposes. He has lectured for over 16 years in various tertiary institutions. Currently, he is a Principal Lecturer in Communication at Limkokwing University, Botswana campus.
