Md. Kaysher Hamid and Urmi Das are working as Lecturer in Bangladesh University of Professionals and Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka, Bangladesh, respectively. They have completed their BBA and MBA in finance and banking from Jahangirnagar University. Their areas of interest are corporate finance, bank management, and portfolio management.
