Autorenporträt
(PhD, Baylor University) is Professor of Old Testament at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His recent publications include The Problem of the Old Testament and Jeremiah and Lamentations: A Commentary for Biblical Preaching and Teaching. He has taught in Korea, Canada, and the United States, and was at Gordon-Conwell prior to his present position. He has taught advanced courses on the Prophets throughout his career and has long had a special interest in Jeremiah.
