The monograph focuses on the different stem cell niches, their components, signaling molecules, factors controlling the stem cell self-renewal and differentiation. Dr. Beevi works as a Consultant at Transplant Biology & Stem Cell Lab, Global Hospitals. She holds a Doctorate in Biotechnology and a Master s in Biochemistry. She pursued her post doctoral research in cancer biology at CCMB. She published about 15 papers in international journals and her interest includes stem cell biology and cancer therapeutics.
